Add aspecial touch to your Jellycat soft toy with our personalisation service on ribbons which can be tied around the neck of your favourite Jellycat. We will embroider aname on the right side of the ribbon in a colour of your choice.

*Length and width of the ribbon is determined at our sole discretion. As a guide, if you are purchasing a Huge or Really Big Jellycat, we will use a ribbon with a width of 1.5 inches, otherwise we will be using ribbon with a width of 1 inch.

This personalisation service does not include the Jellycattoy which you would have to purchase from us separately.

1. How many letters can we embroider on the ribbon?

9 alphabets (a space counts as one character)*.

2. Does the personalisation includethe Jellycat soft toy?

No. You will have to purchase the Jellycat soft toy from us as well in the same order.

2. What colour threadworks best for ribbons?

If you like asubtle effect, choose a colour close to the ribbon colour. If youprefer it to be more obvious, we suggest choosing a strong contrasting colour.

3. How long will personalisation take?

Personalisation takesup to10working days although this may increase during peak periods. If you need it urgently, please check with us before putting through your order.

4. Can you purchase a ribbon without a Jellycat toy?

This service is not sold on its own. We only personaliseribbons ifyou purchase aJellycatfrom our store at the same time.

5. Will your ribbonlook like the other sampleribbons posted on social media accounts?

The outcome of any embroidery work is subject to the nature of the surface to be embroidered on and the combination of letters (or hyphen or space) that make that name. This may result in slight variations in length and thickness of the overall embroidery.

6. How do I care for my Jellycat Toys?
Unless otherwise stated on the sew-in label, we recommend a surface wash of all our toys with soap and rinsed with cool water. Then for the fur to be dried with a hair dryer with little or no heat. Some soothers and comforters are suitable for a cool machine wash- please check the sew-in label. Please refer to the Safety and Suitability tab for each individual product on recommendations for how to wash.
